Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VICI pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
